Starving Tip of The Day!

This starving tip of the day came from SkinnyGossip reader “DJTurnItUp”:

Put on dark-colored lipstick.  If you do, you’re not going to eat much – maybe not at all, because you don’t want to get smudges over your lips and face or on your teeth.  Apply more lipstick as the day goes on.  Stick to this plan and you’ll have the perfect excuse for not eating!

    Reminds me of this tip I read when I was 11: smelling minty stuff supposedly suppress your appetite, so vapor rub, mint-flavored chapstick, brushing your teeth whenever you’re hungry…etc.

    Great tip! I have another tip that you might find helpful…

    Whenever you see something you want to eat, like a doughnut perhaps, think of a time when you ate it and it wasn’t good. Like think of biting into the doughtnut and its stale and hard. What a waste of calories! Another example would be spaghetti, think of hard cold gross pasta. Always works for me! :)
