Starving Tip of The Day!

This starving tip of the day came from SkinnyGossip reader Sheena:

When in restaurants, ONLY order off the appetizer menu, and ONLY eat half of it.  For example, if you order an appetizer of chicken wings, only eat 3 of the 6.  If anyone asks, just say you’re not that hungry.

    please take a moment to answer my question… thankyou!

    I have a question for the girl who runs this websight, since i know shes probably very skinny, i would like to know what diet she follows. if you have heard of low carb, what is your opinion on it? while you are low carbing, your body goes into fat burning mode called “ketosis” where your body fat is used right away for fuel. its the same stage as starving. google it if you dont understand.

    ahh, the other alternaative.. very very low calorie. perhaps this can be convenient at times.

    i dont know skinny girl, what do you prefer?

    or… do you just not eat. lol ;)

      I think low carb diets only work for certain individuals. Personally, I think there are healthier ways to diet incorporating fruits, veggies and protein. I enjoy carbs so I don’t eliminate them from my diet completely – whole grains are a must!
