Kristen Bell was pictured eating a salad at the Alcove Cafe in Los Angeles not too long ago.  I’ve always given Kristen a hard time about her weight, especially in her lower legs and ankles, and thought after seeing her eat a salad I should cut her some slack.  However, after seeing pictures of her walking out of the cafe, I’m not sure if she deserves any slack.

Starving Tip of The Day!

A way I try to distract myself is with counting activities. If I don’t have anything to do for a while, but I’m afraid I’m going to binge, I’ll go outside and lay under a tree and try to count all the leaves. It is an impossible task, but it is good to keep your mind off of food. and maybe looking at the leaves will make you just want to have a salad instead.

Warning though: probably not a good tip for someone with OCD.

Thursday Thinspo – Vlada Roslyakova Eating

For this weeks Thursday Thinspo I wanted to continue with the models eating theme from last weeks Thursday Thinspo post.  This week I wanted to highlight the eating habits of Vlada Roslyakova.

Vlada is one of the models that I’ve seen photographed the most with food.  She isn’t always eating the food, but it’s there.  This fascinates me because she is photographed the most with food, however she is one of the skinniest fashion models out there – interesting….

Starving Tip of The Day!

This starving tip of the day came from SkinnyGossip reader Shoushitai:

Before eating your meals, eat a raw whole fruit and/or drink 250ml of water.  Intake of water speeds up your metabolism, also RAW fruits are harder to digest than cooked vegetables/fruits thus your body will break down a lot more sugar storage in your body to digest these.  You will be pretty full after a whole fruit (think apple or orange) and water so you’ll be less likely to eat your actual meal.
