With Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week Spring-Summer 2011 just beginning, I’m excited as I see the first glances of the new collections.  One that really stood out to me was Giorgio Armani Privé S/S 2011.  I found his collection to be very unique and colorful and it didn’t hurt that some of my favorite models walked the runway.  Do you like this collection?

Monika and olga look great!!!!!! Loving the metalic look of this shoot too. :) there is something classic but edgy to this in my opinion.
On a side note-i had asked for advice on losing a bra size and I am happy so say that none of my bras fit!!! Yay me!! Lol. My new years resolutions are paying off. Hope everyone else is happily staying thin and healthy!

How can i slim them down without building muscule??????
    PLEASE HELP!!!

    • Anya says:

I actually weighed 127 lbs on Monday, then I exercised like mad, and on Tuesday I ran 17 miles and went swimming. Both days I had oatmeal and coffee for breakfast, started exercising at noon, then for dinner around 6 or 7 pm I had extra-lean (less than 10% fat) organic, grass-fed steak with a salad, no dressing except a bit of organic ketchup. Today I was back to 120 lbs. Hopefully I can lose some more. Good luck to you in your shows, sounds exciting! :)

I need help to particiate in fashion week I have 5 daysto loose 1inch and half around my hips any advie??????? Please!!!!

    • HB says:

I agree with Michelle. ONLY water to drink, NO sodas they cause bloating, just raw fruits and veggies, plenty of cardio, and you may think they’d build muscle, but using no weights and doing lots of squats can really raise your heart rate and slim down your hips and thighs.
Jog 30 minutes in the morning, and do your other work outs in the afternoon. Also, exfoliate like mad in the shower, and remember to let your body relax in a warm bath every night :)
Also, before going in to be measured, ice baths can help your body look firmer :)

  5. michelle says:

@ sammy: all raw fruits and veggies with water to drink. Lots of cardio. Its hard but if u don’t add salt to anything, you lose water weight. Probably not great for u to live this way long term but if u just need it off fast it may work

  6. Anya says:

also, going in a sauna or jacuzzi helps you sweat to get rid of excess water..

  7. Anya says:

I only like the first outfit here.. and of course Olga looks great in it. Anna has nice arms.

  8. sandy says:

love these models…actually i had never heard of them before this site :(

Anya, thats soo cool 7lbs in 3 days!!!! go for it siso!!!

  9. Anna says:

Please post Chanel Spring 2011 Couture! Anna Selezneva, Freja & Snejana looked amazing.

  10. Violette says:

I liked the shot of monica and olga. Love the shoes.

I’m on veggies, fruit + nuts (in shells u have to crack). Lots of water, herbal teas, black coffee…. Also egg at breakie, small pcs organic chicken or small amt grass fed beef. But this is more of a long term thing. I’d avoid all starches as they turn to sugar so quickly…. and set you to craving…

    • ChloeS says:

Why grass-fed beef? Is that better? excuse my ignorance lol but I’ve heard a lot of people talking about grass-fed steak I’m just wondering why it’s better than regular steak
      :)

      • Imogen says:

It’s better, in terms of being more natural, or atleast that’s what I’m told but I’m not sure if that’s it..
        Also hormone free is fantastic.

        • Jen says:

Foods with high hormones have been shown to link to weight gain. Grass-fed, no hormone added beef, poultry and fish are the way to go if you want to ensure weight loss.

          • Peony says:

grass fed beef is also much lower in fat content, because the cows are essentially eating vegetables instead of corn, so there’s less fat mixed in with their muscle.

  11. Kayleigh says:

I love #3 – that slate blue dress looks like it’s just billowing and slipping off of Anna.

  12. ChloeS says:

This collection is amazing! Not at all wearable though, but who really cares, haha. Love the futuristic vibe, the headwear and all the metallics. Gorgeous

  13. Imogen says:

    Tasha Bowen, if you read this, or anyone who knows her;
please be okay babe <3 Please don't be gone.
    I don't know what to do…

  14. abby says:

i love anna’s arms! so toned and muscular :)

  15. Lexi says:

Comment on grassfed beef – it’s so much better for you because it doesn’t have the hormones that regular beef does. The hormones they give cows are so that they GAIN WEIGHT QUICKLY, with LESS FOOD, so that they can kill them and not have to spend as much time/money raising and feeding them.
Then, you eat those weight-gaining hormones when you eat their meat!!
EEWW – not only bad for waistline, but they say that’s what’s causing young girls to develop so early, and even boys getting breasts! Milk is another horrible product – should ONLY drink organic, if at all.
