Blue nail polish

Never heard of blue nail polish suppressing appetite, but there is the whole idea of
colour psychology. I do believe that blue is known to be calming, and people tend to be
able to focus better in a room that is blue.

I remember reading a study (it was quite obscure, I'll try to find it!) that said apparently eating off a small, dark blue plate makes you fuller faster (primarily due to the colour; the size was due to not being able to put as much on your plate).

But I don't think this was a very "scientific" study so I wouldn't take it as gospel haha.

Haha... I have a bottle of electric blue nail polish. I don't really like bright color nails though I prefer neutral colors to go with whatever I wear

Zaxby's, a chicken fast food joint here, uses blue plates, blue decor, blue everything. I don't get it. I've only ever been once, though, so I guess it works!

I'd try the polish and clothes idea if I looked good in blue. Buuuuut, I don't.

It's true, blue is appetite suppressing which is the reason why fast food joint don't have blue colours, instead they have like yellow, red and any bright colour to increase your appetite. I should try the blue nail polish tip.
