Models that don't suit their Clothes

I don't know whether to put this is clothes or models, but since it's more about models, I guess here is fine...(?)

So lately, I've been noticing models coming down the runway in ALL the wrong clothing. This show for instance ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOAloqS4-ho&feature=g-all-u&context=G26c03ecFAAAAAAAASAA ) it seems like the designer was drunk when picking models. Some dresses that would have been better suited to a model with a more, well let's say "full" figure (for a model, I don't want fat models suddenly up there trying to sell me a dress to look lumpy in) and a more dramatic face, are on girls who are TINY, wither a more ethereal look to them. And I don't know how if designers are even telling them what kind of walk they want down the runway. It's like chaos up there!:wtf:

Anyway, before I get too ahead of myself, has anyone else noticed this? It makes me feel a little bad for the models, being a part in some of these shows.

actually the models' walk took most of my attention than the clothes. some of them looked so awkward when they walked, as if it was their first time walking in heals.

I agree with you 100 percent. That runway show was a HOTMESS! The girls didn't even look like they knew how to do a runway show. They had no presence whatsoever. And that dress on the model at .41 looked horrible. It was so unflattering, and her walk made her look like she was about to fall off the runway, but she was walking soooo slow that would have never happened.

Alright girls, I found yet another terrible, terrible fashion show. Again at Miami fashion week. This time, not only are the clothes bad, the walks bad, but pay close attention to the model at 0:28. Who ever did their makeup needs to be fired.

While the walks aren't as bad, it still does not make me forgive a "professional" for doing a little dance at the end of the runway, or grinning like a moron down the whole thing. And again, the models don't know how to walk in their heels (especially the model in the silver monstrosity at 1:11).

I know it's Miami fashion week, but they could have at least tried to make it look good.

Hooray, it's Paralympics for fashion! (no offence, I guess even someone who was blind, deaf and disabled at the same time would've done that better)
