Ashley Tisdale Eating An Ice Cream Cone

Last week Ashely Tisdale was spotted out and about with her boyfriend while eating an ice cream cone. Ashley is a new face to our site and I’m glad that I finally did a post on her. I really haven’t paid much attention to her career or her weight recently, but I must admit that she looks pretty good here. She is definitely skinny, but not super skinny. How much weight do you think she should lose to make it into the super skinny category? I’m guessing 5-10 pounds – Ashley is only 5’3″ so she will look great if she lost that weight and because of her height losing at least 5 pounds would make her look nice and skinny.
It is hard to tell just exactly how skinny she is with that big sweatshirt on. We do however get to see her legs in shorts, something that I’m happy about. Her legs looks pretty good in the side shots, but I’d personally work on slimming down those thighs a bit.
Do you think Ashley should be having ice cream as a snack? I believe that I’ve had an ice cream cone from the same exact place that she got hers from : ) I think it is alright to indulge every once and a while, especially if you only have a few bites of whatever it may be that you are indulging in.

Ice cream lovers (which includes me), I have good news!! There’s this new brand of ice cream they sell at Whole Foods, it’s called “Arctic Zero” and it comes in several flavors and only has about 30 cal per 1/2 cup. The whole pint is only about 130 cal! I’ve bought several pints and it tastes great, especially with fat-free reddi whip and fat-free chocolate syrup.
@Anya – My boyfriend and I tried Arctic Zero and we didn’t really care for it. It is awesome that it works for you. If I’m craving ice cream and can’t resist I’ll have Weight Watcher’s Mint Chocolate Chip. It is 140 calories for a 6 ounce cup. It is super yummy and still tastes like regular ice cream. It always satisfies my craving and sometimes I only eat half. It is so much better than the other alternatives like Ben & Jerry’s or Haagen Dazs that are loaded with 300+ calories for the same serving size.
You can tell how fat she is by her massive thighs. ewww
Ice cream is for fatties.
Proud Fatty right here!
Anya, that sounds GREAT! I love ice cream. Skinny cow is good too, and I like frozen yogurt (but it’s just not the same…)
@Zoe Lots of naturally thin people eat ice cream.
I agree, Ashley should lose some weight. She looks slim, but not skinny. In some shots she looks thin, but in others she looks big.
Oh, and I forgot to add–last time i was on the scale I was 125 pounds! Which isn’t good, but it’s better than 137, which was the time before last.
15 pounds to go! I’m 5’9 btw.
I’m eating a wheat free diet, which is the perfect excuse to say “no thank you” to a cookie or bread!
i think her legs look ok here, not super-skinny but not fat either
but if you looks at other pictures of her she carries most of her weight in her stomach, which is conveniently hidden here
Bad pix of her. Thick thighs and a bad profile.
But this girl does know how to turn up the “sex appeal” for the camera, trust me…
she’s covering up her weakest point: her arms. google ANY pic of her and you’ll agree she’s definitely not skinny at all.
i like her singing though. since aly and aj days.
She also has quite a big midsection. She’s not very lucky with her body type – any weight gain doesn’t look good at all. A lot like Kate Bosworth, she gains in the midsection, arms and upper thighs.
i like her shorts!! maybe shes on her period and not feeling her best, she still looks great and maybe shes just hiding her tummy…
but her bf prolly likes her the way she is, which is what would matter more to me than what the press thinks…just sayin.
I don’t really have anything bad to say about her!
How much do you think she weighs?
I’d say around 120 Ib which in my opinion is really heavy seeing as she’s only 5’3”
I like ashley a lot and don’t think I want to see her thin, she’d probably look haggard if she was any thinner. Loving her just the way she is.
She doesn’t even look fat! she can eat ice cream is she likes, without gaining any weight.
ashley Tisdale has always been skinny , I think if girls can eat without being a hefty fat person then good for those girls but if not then you probally should be on a diet! Mainly be healthy! I hate when girls eat bad stuff without eating any veggies or friut its so gross! Im always a size zero but can mainly eat what I want but Im also alegeric to dairy so Im vegan sometimes I like stuff with skim milk but Im` going to try to quick except I love star bucks coffe.
If you watch her in her show Hellcats, her hips and stomach are pretty chubby.
she looks sweet
thanx skinny gurl! i also read on an old post that you’re working on posting a meal plan for us to follow? that would be so great
I don’t know what some of you guys are talking about. She looks like a good balance of skinniness to me! Her thighs are perfect and if she were any skinnier she might not look as great.
Speaking of ice cream, here’s a tip (I did this tonight) to make your ice cream go further – do 1/2 serving of real ice cream (1/4 of a cup, about 75 calories), and 1/2 cup of fat-free plain yogurt (Stonyfield is only 55 calories). Altogether, it’s only 130 calories, and you get 50% more “ice cream” — if you had just 1/2 cup of ice cream, it’s be 150 calories, but by having 1/4 ice cream + 1/2 cup yogurt, you get 3/4 cup of dessert for only 130 calories!
Also, if you want to make it extra yummy, add 1 TBSP of cocoa powder – unsweetened, of course. It adds 10 calories and 2 grams of fiber to the treat. Just remember to have this in moderation!
Omg! i do this all the time if i am craving sweetness, its great, i have never heard of anyone else doing this but yaay haha you do too
I sometimes add sultanas to mine, though only a few, or a chop just one date into small pieces and that adds a little fibre though not many cals and it makes it extra sweet, i find its a good substitute for chocolate
Or if i feel like crunchiness then i add like 5 slivered almond flakes which is also nice.
Oooh, those are good ideas, too! I know, that’s cool to find someone who does the same thing!
Gosh, I love sweets, sometimes they are such a weakness for me, so I always look for ways to make low-cal versions of the things I like. Like have you ever heard that you can puree over-ripe bananas with unsweetened cocoa powder, freeze them, and then have really low-cal fudgesicles? If you get 2 popsicles out of 1 banana (110 cals) and 4 TBSP of cocoa powder (40 cals), they’re only 75 calories a piece and have like 3 grams of fiber.
