  1. tina says:

    she looks pretty:)

  2. shade says:

well, she IS toned, which is nice :)

(yay for you being back. i missed your updates.)

  3. k says:

I’m not a fan of her face, but her body looks nice. Something about her thighs looking a little big en the last photo, but I think it’s just the angle.
I’m so happy that you are back with a new post!

  4. k says:

..and great tummy! How old is she?

  5. ripedbanana says:

i think her stomach’s nice! but i think she needs to work on her butt. and her thighs. around the hip area as well. generally her lower body i guess.

  6. Olivia says:

So agree with you, @ripedbanana! Her body looks great but her bum and thighs don’t seem to match. Over all, I would still love to look like that when I am her age! I think she is 32..

  7. am says:

Am I the only one who thinks that her belly button is weird? (ref: 2nd shot). It looks like AnnaLynne McCord’s, and I’ve always find hers kinda odd

But wow, she looks pretty good for a 32 yr old woman!

  8. Bryony says:

She looks good, and toned. Summer is coming soon and I still have to lose the 20 pounds. It’s so frustrating.

    • sohee says:

You know you can do it, hun!
      Keeping my fingers crossed. :)

      • Bryony says:

        Thanks so much!

I’m thinking about shifting calories to prevent a plateau, but keeping the weekly total the same. So I’ll eat 4000 calories a week, which is an average of 571 calories a day. Is it a good idea?

        • Gabster says:

I would not recomend that. I was eating 500 calories a day and thay got my heart rate to 20 beats a minute. When a normal healthy one is 120. I was SO weak! :/ so my parents forced me into treatment. I was interned in the hospital all last summer. I think 1000 a day is great. but!!! Smart calories. Like lean meat once a day, and a butt load of veggies. Some fruits. And not alot of bread. But you DO need them. Good luck! :)

    • Bryony says:

      OK, thanks.
      I’m officially starting tomorrow!

  9. sohee says:

    I missed you!

As for Angela… I wish I had her boobs. Tiny and cute. <3

  10. Charlie says:

She must spend too much time looking at herself front on and not from behind

  11. Gabster says:

Her physique is excelent. But need some boobies babe! And maybe a little more tushy!

  12. Alice says:

it looks like she eats normally but excercises a lot , she’s like normal size not super skinny but really toned. i dunno if i like her body that much!! ps skinny gurll i miss you !! xxxx

  13. hunnybunches says:

hey guys!1 i need some help, i am going to an open call for modeling in a week and a half, and i need to lose about 8-10 pounds! does anyone know how to do this???

    • Charlie says:

Stick to lean meat and fruit n veggies. Don’t do any of that fruit juice diet or eating only watermelon crap – if you cut out protein you won’t have any energy to do anything in a week and a half. Good luck!! Let us know how you get on :)

      • marz says:

you can get protein from beans, couscous, and lots of other grains. Hunnybunches, losing 10lbs in a week is NOT easy and is pretty much impossible to do healthily. back when I was eating once a day and purging that one meal, I still didn’t lose quite that much in one week.
You *could* tryto look/measure smaller. My husband is in the navy, and when the time comes for the guys to get measured for physical fitness, some of the lazy guys (the night before) cover their bodies with PreparationH and then plastic wrap themselves to oblivion. And they’ll be 3-5 inches tighter. So maybe you could try to lose weight and then try that to look even smaller to “fool” them and give yourself more time.
Stay away from cheese and milk, anything that’ll “bind you up.” I recommend going vegan for the rest of the week (I’ve been vegan for two months now, and it’s actually very healthy)

        • Cat says:

Just a note, it’s a common misconception that couscous is a grain. It’s not. It’s just very very small pasta. There’s nothing in it that makes it any healthier than spaghetti.

Buckwheat, quinoa, brown rice – they are all whole grains. Bulgar is cracked wheat so at least that’s less processed. But couscous and other ‘white’ pastas are very refined carbohydrates. Not good for slimming!

  14. want2bnvied says:

    love her tummy!!

good to hear from you again, skinnygurl, its been a while! keep up the good work :D

  15. Alexis says:

i love angela lindvall!! these aren’t the most flattering pictures of her though…
i love this website!!! i’ve been following it for a little over a year but it’s the first time i’ve posted a comment:P
    i’m down to 101 lbs.:)

  16. M. says:

I’m jealous of her tummy :/

gals any idea how to de-bulk? I’m way to muscular, especially my triceps sticks out too much from the front, it looks like my arms grow out of balls D: like from those 90ies barbies … gosh … but I’m scared. i have no idea how to keep being skinny when i skip the exercise :/ seems like no matter what exercise I do I build up muscle and because my frame is so tiny I already look masculine when I’m TONED. But dunno, don’t wanna be flabby as well :( How do pro models do it? I’m too weak to starve myself under 1000 calories for longer :/

    • lucie says:

I have the same problem :) I feel like I HAVE to exercise, if I don’t I get so scared of becoming fat haha but sometimes I swear doing exercise makes me more chunky than skinny! My legs are my trouble, they are definitely the biggest part of my body and I struggle so much to make them nice and lean and thin! Nothing seems to make that much of a difference! But recently I’ve started doing fast walking up an incline for about 40mins and reduced the intensity of other things and just gone faster if that makes sense?? Like I won’t put the bike on such a high level but I’ll pedal faster. And any interval running is really good for fat burning :) This seems to have really worked for me, at least it seems to have made more of a difference than anything else I’ve tried!
Hopefully it works for you too :) , not sure, I’m not an expert or anything lol but I just wanted to sugegst it because I so know where you’re coming from! Good luck!

      • Irene says:

I recently spent a few days hooked to an IV (jaw surgery, liquid diet, whoopeee! -_-) and I suddenly have a leg gap. It’s probably muscle wastage but I’m still surprised by how big the gap is… so I dunno, maybe eat more carbs for energy and less protein? That’ll break down muscles a bit.

        Best of luck, xoxo

        • Vicci says:

Low weights/resistance and high reps! That’ll help you tone rather than bulk.

@Irene. So jealous! I crave ‘the gap’. My bezzie broke her jaw last year. She lost lots of weight on meal replacement shakes. I’ve been thinking about using them to kick start my 20lb weightloss plan. How long were you on them for and how much weight did you lose? ♡

          • Irene says:

1st day in the hospital I was puking up blood, so zero food, hooked to an IV. 2nd and 3rd day, IV & 250mL soy shake total and 1 Ensure pudding… clearly not a lot of food and extremely harsh on the body. I’d say about a 5lbs loss in 2-3 days? Now I’m pretty much maintaining on ice cream and nutella LOL. Not much I can eat.

I lost a lot of strength in that time tho so I’d urge you to be careful. Out of the hospital, I could barely stand for 10min… only gained some strength back recently.

    • JJ says:

Eat fewer calories and do a lot of cardio. Also eat less protein so your body will start eating away at the muscle. That’s the ONLY way to lose muscle.

  17. Caro says:

She looks like perfection in the second photo but I agree with all the comments on her butt and thighs! A little too thick for my taste… but what a pretty girl!

  18. Kristin says:

Oh my gosh she’s amazingly gorgeous! I love her balayage hair color, I think I may get that done myself for the summer. She’s not runway skinny, but she is skinny, and super tight and toned!
Skinny Gurl I missed your posts so much!!! I went through and read every single old post and checked every day for a new one!

  19. Fili says:

I really like her tummy, she looks really toned and fit.
But her butt and thighs are still a bit too heavy looking for my liking, and for what I´m used to see on models.

  20. kirlyq says:

She is so pretty! She is a good mix of fit and thin, very hard to achieve.
Oh, and btw, do you guys know if its good to eat a lot of fruit when on a diet? I usually eat a bunch of fruit after school every day, and I’m not losing as much weight as I want to D:

  21. Cat says:

Hey guys, I’m starting the Dukan Diet on Monday. I have 10 pounds that absolutely MUST go, and 10 more that I’d like to shed. I can’t wait, it’s supposed to be really effective!
    x

    • hunnybunches says:

      what is that?

      • Cat says:

It’s a high protein, low carb and low fat diet that Gisele used to lose the baby fat, Kate and Pippa Middleton used to shape up before the wedding, and a number of other celebs have used with great results.

Today’s my second day of the ‘Attack’ phase (5 days eating PURE protein) and already my body’s showing signs of being in ketosis. If you don’t know what that is, google it! It’s a chemical change in the body where it burns its own energy stores (fat) for fuel rather than getting any from food. Woopee!

  22. Aileen says:

(I am glad you are back !) She looks good ! I love the swim suit . Thin but not too thin.

  23. Ellie says:

To all the girls exercising but being too chunky go vegan! I have the same problem I worked out too much last summer and spent the last month losing ten pounds. Keep exercising but don’t eat any protein after if you do you’ll gain muscle mass.

  24. Chloe says:

so glad to see a new post :D by the way i just discovered (slow me?) that there’s a whole healthy eating – fitness – pro-skinny but not pro-ED community that exists on tumblr. and this particular tumblr, http://before-afters.tumblr.com/ are full of real girl weight loss stories (or stories in the making) to follow. i’m stoked!

    • Tessy says:

Oooh I love it! That kind of healthy thinspo is really hard to find, and so motivational! All that awful pro ED stuff everywhere makes me almost WANT to eat!

  25. Blanca says:

Toned enough, but I’d say she needs to lose some weight. Even 10 pounds less would be better, otherwise she looks quite massive. I know it sounds harsh, but that’s just my honest opinion.

I know she’s looked much better.

  26. LittleMissLovelyBones says:

I was about to say “Ew, her ass is gross,” but then I looked at my own. T^T

  27. sally says:

hey girls i have a question about weight loss
so im 5’7 and 109 pounds i have a small frame and i try to eat around 600 calories a day (on a good day 550 on a bad day 700-800)
i HATE excersizing and moving in general so pretty much can only get skinnier via dieting. do any of you girls have any extra advice on getting down to 105 or what would be a agood skinny weight for my height? is 105 too much? im a little afraid of going below 100. i know a lot of questions but also how do i get my hipbones to show? no matter how much weight i lose i can never get my hipbones to show and my ribs just stick out more and more and i have a pronounced pelvis so i dont know why this is? i am an aspiring model going to meet with an agency next week so i MUST atleast get down to 105 quickly!

  28. mara says:

i’m soo glad you’re baack!! i totally needed this, i’m really having trouble finding the time to workout.. i leave my house at 8am to work till 5pm and then college from 7 to 11pm! so when i am suposed to workout?? and i’m slowly getting used to the idea that maybe i’ll never be the way i want, and i hate it
at least you motivate me to eat right, like almost barely healthy haha

  29. LittleMissLovelyBones says:

    Oh, thank god you’re back. I was about to have an eat-a-thon. Your thinspo saved my diet. Crisis averted. ;_;

  30. Cestlavie says:

Thank god. Totally revamped my diet afterwork, started right away. Need the thinspo. Cheers.

  31. Midnight says:

hey guys im just wondering can you drink too much coffee? i need coffee to keep me going through the day and chase away hunger annoyances, but is there some kind of limit? im new to this site and lovin it so far! keep it up everybody!

    • LittleMissLoveltBones says:

If you are sensitive to caffeine you might want to consider decaf, but drinking a lot of coffee for someone who isn’y should be ok. So long as you aren’t drinking a gallon a day you should be fine. Just don’t get too big of a dose of the stuff in one sitting. It might really do a number on your heart if you’re coffee binging all the time. (It would really make it very unhealthy to be at a low weight, and you would have to give up being a skinny for your own health.) So don’t pop espressos like candy, or drink a gallon of coffee a day, or anything. I would switch over to decaf every so often if you think you’re really concerned about it.

  32. Cat says:

I’ve started a blog documenting my weight loss (with meal plans and recipes). If anyone’s interested I’ll be documenting what I eat each day and what I lose!

  33. Cat says:

    Woops, here’s the link: http://thesplitpindiary.tumblr.com/

(I’d love some skinny buddies! I haven’t told anyone I know in the ‘real world’ about my blog because they don’t think I need to lose weight. Whatever.)

  34. Anna says:

Her body is nice overall…she needs to do some squats though. Her butt is really saggy.

  35. Dea says:

    Hey everybody!
I´m new her, but I´ve been reading the page for some time now and I love it!
Angela Lindvalls thighs are a bit too muscular in my opinion.
But so are mine… :/ Does anyone have an idea how to get thin legs? Always if I´m doing sports, I´m only getting muscles…Really frustrating….

  36. Anastasia says:

I like her body but her chest is too flat.

  37. M. says:

    Gals ;__;

    help me! In my attemt to be skinny I got kicked out of my gym because they said they cannot take responsibility anmore … what should i do now? ;___; I’m devestated I NEED to exercise or I’m going nuts ;__;

    • Fili says:

This sounds really unfair – I don´t know you or the circumstances, but unless you´re not severely underweight oder exercising until you collapse, they don´t have any reason or right to kick you out there.
If I were you, I would check if it´s even legal to ban someone from a gym; and if, I would find some other place to exercise.
Good luck with that, I hope it works

      • tina says:

heyy M., you can just try running outside or do yoga at home.

      • M. says:

I’ve always been naturally skinny and since I started to commit to being skinny I dropped about 12 pounds so nothing spectacular! its a gym that offer only classes and i liked going there about 3 times a week for 2 hours because I’m lazy and can rarely motivate myself to run or sth like that!

They said I need a note from a doctor that I’m all fine until then I cannot go as much as I want. The problem is the nutritionist working there is kind of really worried about me and idk its a very family like situation there and I don’t want to piss people off but really … I mean I never ever was even colse to fainting or sth and I’m always one of those that did the whole workout without even sweating. I’m just really really fit and I don’t know why its a problem then that I’m so skinny. Well I dropped out and when my shock is kinda over I’ll start running on my own. Like fuck them. I know they’re worried but really, fuck them. Fuck this society for assuming everyone whos skinny has a mental probem and anorexia. I had people on their website saying I looked disgustingly bony. Yeah right fatasses. I’m not one of those lucky girls that become a size double zero but still keep their breast and ass , I just look like a boy now but well I’m a model do they really think someone will tell me I should gain? That my hipbones, collarbones or xylophone shouldn’t show?

like urggh … sorry rant …

        • Fili says:

I totally understand what you´re writing about… I know this problem myself, and I almost find it insulting when people are worried about me. When I was like 16, I took their suspiciousness and worries as some kind of compliment, but as I grew older I changed my mind. Some are jealous, some others just don´t get how great it feels to be in shape, and they will never get it.
Get that note from a doctor – when you´re as fine as you say, I see no problem whith that.
“Fuck this society for assuming everyone whos skinny has a mental probem and anorexia.” – Yeah, I second that!

  38. hunnybunches says:

hey guys i know i said i was going to an open call a while ago, but i didnt make it to that one. I am leaving for another open call right now, and i need some tips to keep my body in model shape over a long run

  39. Blossom says:

    hi girls!
i didn’t post anything in a while, and my question is off topic…but would you recommend doing cardio in the morning before breakfast?

you are all absolutely inspiring! stay healthy!

    • tina says:

no i think it’s better to eat something like 30 minutes before you workout and drinking green tea or coffe before you workout helps burn extra calories.

  40. wendy says:

just thought to share this link with some great pics of sasha :3

    http://models.com/feed/?p=22688

she looks so beautiful! i miss her so much and love to see her work

  41. rachelrae says:

The fake orange bake, makes everybody look bad.

  42. blah says:

the only part toned on her is her abs! her legs are NOT toned, shes wearing highheels!

  43. Mickey says:

hey guys im new to the site and i love it by the way! I think she beautiful exept for her butt. @Blossom don’t do that because your not burning off the energy you want to. Eat breakfast first! Love this site you are all very inpiring to me!!! <3

  44. T says:

skinnygurl! where are you!!? i miss your updates so much

i think angela’s problem is that her bikini bottoms are a size too small! or perhaps she just needs to re-adjust the ties, but they make her bum look saggy :(

  45. P.P says:

Does anyone has the problem from wirking out as i have? I feel like the more I work out the more bulked my legs look! I run almost everyday in the morning around 45 mins. Is it too much? Why am I bulking on the legs area. I thought, if you want lean legs, you should exercise by running. nwo I’m comfuse. then how do i burn off? Help!

    • Miguel says:

Ok without some information regarding your lifestyle and current diet its kinda impossible to answer your question. However ill give you some general info.

If you run a calorie deficient diet (anything lower than about 1800 calories a day for a woman – this depends on bodytype and weight ive just given an average) then doing 45 mins running in the morning will result in effective gradual reduction in body fat.

Heres where the definition of “lean” comes in. I have a sneaky suspicion your definition is different to mine. Low bodyfat corresponds to increased muscle definition i.e “toning up” your muscles wont get bigger, if they do it will be very minor, but the fat around them will decrease making them far more visible and defined, so they might “look” bigger.

Now if you want “lean” which is skinny but no muscle definition, then personally I have no idea so I defer to someone else. Only thing that pops in my mind is forcing your metabolism to “consume” muscle, but I would advise against this as forcing this type of metabolic state is non-sustainable with a healthy lifestyle.

    • lexxi says:

it is true you can get lean legs by running but you have to do the right kind of running! long distance, low or no incline should get you leaner legs. if you look at a lot of marathon runners they’re all pretty thin! also don’t eat much before so your body will burn muscle, stretch out well afterwards and don’t eat a lot of protein (stick to veggie protein &/or lean meats). this works for me so hope this helps! : )

    • BuG says:

I heard that if you run on your toes (not on on your whole foot) you build your calf. Maybe that’s the problem…? I played folclore for a long time, so I have big calfs, and while I’m getting thinner and my measurments are getting smaller, they are staying same size as before… :/

  46. michelle says:

Hey! Been a while since I been on here cause of stupid weight gain. Ugh. But I’ve missed the sense of community. U guys r the only ones I know of not pro-ama so I figured I’d ask this question here:
Has anyone had success with the ABC Diet??

  47. fashion_ista says:

    absolutly fabulous :)

  48. hunnybunches says:

could you tell me what the ABC diet is? i would love to try it out.

  49. Naome says:

Funny that you mention it, I’m thinking of starting the ABC diet. It’s harsh though, so I dunno. Maybe am just being too hasty. I tried it once and stopped, mainly because having to work out what to eat each day within the caloric limit, just had me stressed out, I just lost interest. I lost 4lbs in the first week though.

  50. Midnight says:

I’ve been at a really strict diet for more then a month and I kost a good five pounds. But I haven’t seen any weigt chsnge in weeks its like I’m stuck… What to do?

  51. aelie says:

She looks great, but her thighs are looking a little big! Still envious though. I’ve been trying to loose its just so hard when you’re in europe! Any tips on loosing on your inner thighs and slimming down waist?

    • Charlie says:

Hi Aelie, I’ve just been to Europe as well and I agree it’s SO HARD to lose weight there – I don’t think I’ve found a single product which has calories labelled on it and guessing by the way it tastes has got me into all kinds of messes :P

I find that long distance (or at least slower ha) running is the best for slender and lean thighs because it doesn’t build muscle, just tones it loads, and running is the best way to burn calories and boost your metabolism, so you’ll burn more calories throughout the rest of the day after a run :)
I put on most weight on my thighs and once tried interval training (running fast alternated with running slow) and the extra muscle that built up on my thighs made me look rugby-player-ish :-0 I.e. sprinting and skinniness are not compatible!

      • aelie says:

@Charlie Thank you so so much! I’m finally starting to make progress! I can’t wait to get back to America so I can start seriously dropping pounds. I totally agree about sprinting, the last thing I want to do is get bulky legs.

      • Midnight says:

I definitely agree, running is key in maintaining skinny and you have to run for about 20 minutes to start cal burning anyway so that thought helps want to run for long times I use hitting runners high as motivation because once u get there feels like u can run forever lol :)

      • anon says:

In europe on the packaging they will list the energy content (calories) as kj and kcal. kcal are the same as the calories you see on American packaging. American packaging lists Calories (purposely with a big C because they are called big calories), and each Calorie is made up of a thousand much smaller calories (written with a small c because they are small calories). So a kcal is the same as a Calorie.

  52. Kristhin says:

Thanks to thinspiration including Skinny Gossip I’ve successfully gone down from a fat fat fat 154lbs to a medium sized 138lbs. I still want to lose about 20 more lbs but just wanted to say thanks Skinny Girl!! You’re an inspiration.

  53. Marathonerrr says:

Are you coming back? This site seems dead now and soon the community will be lost. :(

  54. Jessa says:

Skinnygurl, I miss your updates! Hope you’re enjoying your summer. xx

  55. NoNo says:

    Her but is HUGE!!!

  56. fashion_ista says:

she looks a good body. i hope this website keeps
    up the good work.

  57. Anna says:

Hi Everyone! I’m pretty new to this site – LOVING IT btw. Im not in the right section but i wanted to know…
Im trying to lose weight – and when i start a new exercise plan and healthy eating plan i can stick to it for about 2 weeks and then it all falls apart.
What do you guys do to keep you motivated??

    • Fili says:

Always keep your goal in sight. Maybe it´s your favourite model or actress, or what you looked like when you were 16 – always keep focused on what you´re trying to achieve.
Put their photos on your fridge and bathroom mirror, or in your purse. this really helps. Or, like I do, write down all of your reasons to lose weight, so in case you forget them you always have a note or small piece of paper in your purse wich you can reach at every time. I hope I could help you a bit

      • Anna says:

Yes! Thank you that helps a lot :) I don’t think I do any of that, I kinda just say in my head – I want to lose weight and leave it at that. Thank you! xx

      • Vivienne says:

        Hi Fili,

You always give illuminating tips.I have a question for you not related to this topic. You already have a baby, don’t you?. Did you ever have problems conceiving? I’m in my late twenties and I’m planning to have a baby but before I would like to shed some kilos. I hope that my weight drop won’t affect my fertility. I would appreciate it very much if you share your experiences with me. Thank you in advance.

  58. Angela says:

It’s been so long since new posts… are you ok?? I miss this site! <3

  59. Anna says:

Hey, everybody, my name’s Anna. I’m 5’6″ and I weigh 115 pounds. I start off everyday ready to eat right and diet, but every night I end up with that awful pudge at my stomach and a depressed feeling. I love food and I have so many weaknesses. HELP!!
I also was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on how to hide my diet and want to lose weight from my very protective mom. She would freak if she found out. SO pleeaasseee! Somebody help! I’m getting desperate!

  60. LittleMissLovelyBones says:

I hope you’re just gearing up for fashion week, rather than dead in a ditch, or something. Seriously, where are you Skinny?

  61. kristen says:

cute ! Pix I think She looks good!

  62. Sammy says:

i got picked for a model search in november and I would like to loose some weight. I constantly do cardio everyday, and I weight 117lbs at the moment. I would like to get close to 105lbs. Whats your opinion, is that too extreme and how could I reach that goal in the best way?

    any comments are appreciated
    thanks

I wish I could do the ABC diet. But my mom would probably disown me. She still doesn’t know I want to lose weight.

hey!! it’s been a while… I miss Skinny Girl… have my sister’s wedding in 6 weeks, any tips con how to loose 10lbs and keep motivated?

    • whatever says:

just think about how jealous and in awe you want everyone to be of your skinniness at the wedding :) nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!!!!!!!!!

SkinnyGurl, I really really miss you. And I’m beginning to get worried: hope things are fine with you! As much as I wish to see more posts, it’s kind of selfish of me to think of only myself (and the whole community here alike, I bet), so I hope you’re doing fine. At least let us know how you are! Miss you and your posts loads xx

I just realized today how sad I am that this site’s no longer updated. I remember when I first found this site a year and a half ago, I’d check the site first thing after school and find a bunch of new comments everyday. I really grew fond of a lot of you guys who would comment and offer support. It felt like such a wonderful community. And I felt so motivated to lose weight and reach my goals. But now that this site and the forum’s pretty much dead, so’s my motivation. Anyways, I’m just wondering whether any of the old readers still check up on this site, what happened to all of you guys, and how you’re all doing. I miss you girls. Where are Cass, the two Chloes, Mandylinda, Fili, Bridie, Abbey, Kiss, Leto, Irene, and everyone else?

I’m the same! I’m always looking on here hoping that there’s a new post. I really miss all the new comments and updates. I only found this site at the beginning of the year so wasn’t able to really get into it as much as I would have liked, and I haven’t been able to find another site quite so good. Such a shame!

    • Irene says:

I still check up every so often! Miss you guys too. This site was a big thing motivation wise… SG’s commentaries are much better than mine and very motivating in a way haha. Ever since Haylen left (where did you go? :( ) the forum has been kinda dead too. Sadsad.

      Hope everyone is well xo

    • Hopefully SG will be able to lure them back with some new updates, which I hear are soon-to-be. :)

I’m very disgustedly shamed to admit that I’ve gained 12 pounds. My doctor is thrilled.

        • Abbey says:

And guys…. my thighs are like half an inch from touching!!!! I wake up every morning dreading to look in the mirror for fear that they’ve finally closed the gap. I have fallen off the wagon and may have no hope of ever getting back on… :’(

Ladies, I need sopme help. I have maintained a fairly healthy diet (even went vegan for 4 months) after I gave birth to my son. I’ve always been on the larger/muscular side *blush* and I’m currently 160 @ 5’7″ (although I’m told I look about 140).
Is there ANYONE on here who is a similar weight and height who wants to be my weightloss buddy???? I want to get down to 130. I know that seems so high for some of you ladies, but like I said, I carry weight very awkwardly. When I was 135 you could count all my ribs. It makes no sense. Anyways, please please please if you are about the same as I am email me at [email protected] because I want to get thin soon!!!!!!

PS— my husband is military and it’s always easier to lose weight when he’s not home, but he’ll be home for the next two years. So I haven’t quite gotten back in the groove since giving birth. I know all the tricks of the trade, I just need a little compeition for motivation. It’s pretty embarassing to admit my weight on here, so please be gentle ladies :(

It’s a shame her suit doesn’t fit her better. From the back, it’s not flattering, but from the front, it looks decent. She has a great toned midsection! I definitely she fits under the category of “fit model”, but skinny? Not really. Her appeal is to a male audience, or ladies that read Women’s Health magazine. She does have decent proportions, though.

  75. Gaby says:

hey guys i know this doesnt have to do with anything u guys are posting but i just have one question … is the first day trying to lose weight the hardest? i just started today and my tummy hurts soo bad

  76. Bella says:

i think she looks really good, and especially as the camera has captured her at times when she wasn’t aware, i think that her make up makes a lot of difference though!

  77. Otoscope says:

she is so sexy and beautiful. isn’t she?

  78. Elena says:

    Hey everyone!
This is my first post, I need help.
I wanted to start by saying that she looks amazing in these photos and that I want to be able to slim down to her size.
Last April, I was at my worst. I was around 5’6 and weighed 151 pounds. My parents told me that I had to lose weight and I was sick of being the fattest person in my class. I changed my diet, skipped lunch every other day and slimmed down to 127 pounds. Not my goal but I was super proud. The problem is i’ve plateaued. How do I lose the last 10-15 pounds?

Why are arguing, Samiii! Everyone has the right to have a taste, and say what in their opinion is right or wrong.
