I recently came across this picture and I just had to post it. I love all these skinny girls walking down the stairs. Plus, I love that two of my favorites, Kasia & Anabela, are leading the way! Who is your favorite in this picture?


Longtime lurker, I couldn’t resist commenting on this one. Wow!! What an amazing shot. They all look so beautiful, but I’d have to say my fave is Kasia. She looks stunning. The girl in black behind her is very pretty but her body is a bit fuller imo

Vlada is nowhere to be seen
I miss the Vlada posts. I know she’s no longer a new face, but Vlada is still my thinspiration. As is a Mexican actress named Anahi. I love Anahi since she’s my height (5’2″). Now I’d just like to meet her weight (90-95lbs) I’m currently 102. My lowest was 98. I know I can do it, but I started stress eating! Awful I know, but school/work/life has been tough.
I need thinspiration/advice/tips to reach my goal.
I love Anahi too, I’m form mexico so I’ve been following her for a while, since her debut in the TV show “Rebelde”… I stuggle a lot with stress eating too, something that has been working for me lately are diet sodas… I change the flavor so I don’t get bored… although i have a long way to go… I’m 5’4″ and 120lbs, want to get to 100-105 aT most!
Any tips are welcome!!

So glad you know who Anahi is! If I could share my best advice with you the first would be to make your own food (if you don’t already) I still live at home and have appointed myself in charge of breakfast. My mother loves it since she doesn’t have to make breakfast i the morning. I do all the prep work in the evening before bed- then wake up an hour early (I’m still groggy in the morning) and make a healthy breakfast for everyone. It’s a win/win since everyone eats a good meal… and can’t complain about my small appetite for the rest of the day
Second- since I am a poor college girl I have been saving lots of money by bringing lunch (I leave it in a little cooler in the car) , water bottle, and snack. This not only saves cash, my waist line, but is nutritionally so much healthier than snack bars. Snack bars don’t fill me up so I ate more (thus gained weight)

love this picture. and it’s rare since my job requires me to look at models every single day. i miss my skinny days; this time last year i had a 22 inch waist and was 90 lbs. now i’m 105 lbs and 24 inch waist and gross huge bum. this is thinspo enough for me to shed that 15 lbs.
funny though, i don’t usually get thinspired by the models i meet. maybe it’s because a lot of them look grey and ill in real life, and have pretty bad skin.
This is where I’m at now. I’ve been really disciplined (101.6 lbs) and am determined to finally achieve my goal weight (92-95 lbs) My waist is 24 inches. I’ve dreamed of having a 22 inch waist. This time, no diets. I’m changing my eating habits and not snacking on unhealthy foods.

Ahh I love how you girls in this site are supportive with one another! So skinny sisters.. (though I’m not skinny at all… YET) I need some advice. I wanna loose weight, from 20-25 pounds to begin with, and then I’ll see. I’m 5’7 and it’s been a couple of days that I’m being really careful with what I eat and exercice. My concern though is that I don’t wanna become the kind of skinny muscular type of girl. I hate muscular tights and legs (sorry, personal taste) but I’m afraid that only reducing my calorie intake won’t be enough to shade pounds quickly (I don’t really have a time barrier, I really wanna do this the right way so that I don’t gain everything back).So what would be the best way for me to achieve my goal?? Thanks in advance for your answer

The best way to lose weight is watching your eating habits, sports is sorta overrated. I´m not saying working out is unimportant, but it´s not as important as your calorie intake.
But you seem really focused on training; so I only can say that there are lots of sports that don´t give you bulky muscles (like yoga, pilates, or if you´re a member of a gym, just use the training forms that doesn´t give you lots of muscles but instead train your fitness).
I´d just get a gym membership, and then tell the coaches what your goal is like, I´m sure the can help you with their experience!
As a workout, try dance, particularly ballet. You will burn tons of calories, develop long, lean muscles that won’t look the least bit bulky, plus you’ll develop impeccable posture which will make you look taller and thinner after just a few workouts!
Cardio!!! Running wont build up muscles unless you are doing weight-leg exercises. It will just get you sweating and burning off those excess calories. Plus you will find a huge change in your general mood, you will find your self feeling happier and more energetic.
I’m 172 cm and about 48,4 kg…. what do you think should be my perfect weight? I was thinking something around 45-47? cause I’m actually thin right now but i carry the extra weight on my thighs….
Well I think you,re already quite thin for your height. Maybe you could do specific exercices to tone your thights so that even if you carry your extra wheight on them, it wouldn’t be as apparent. Otherwise, even if you loose more weight, they’re still going to be bigger than the rest of your body (if I understand well your case), so you’re just gonna look thinner on your other body parts. Anyways good luck with that, we all have some body parts that are harder to work on to loose weight… personally it’s my mid-section and inner thighs that look bigger
Help! I got down to 114 over the summer, (I know it’s still pretty heavy but still) schools Been going on for 3 months mow (i’m 14,freshman) and my weight has risen to 136, it’s crazy, nothing fits and I feel like a fatass when I look in the mirror, it’s so hard because I barely have time to workout because of my homework, I wanna come back from winter break being skinny, winter break ends on January 3rd, I need help! What are some tips to fast weight loss w/o a huge time Comitment <3 thank you so much! Also what are tips for getting skinner thighs ?
Okay, not to sound harsh, but eat less! You need to really take these next few weeks to completely focus on school and your grades. Leave no time for snacking–if you feel yourself getting the urge, go take another look at some homework or study for an upcoming test/quiz. Most people don’t know this, but intense studying/brain-storming burns calories! Probably a small amount, but any calories burnt are way better than eating! Also, stick to your eating plan (e.g. three meals a day, one large meal in the afternoon, several small snacks, whatever it is) and DO NOT eat anything that is spontaneous! If you mess up and eat something you shouldn’t, make sure you make up for it. Don’t just think “well it’s only one little thing; it won’t make a difference in the long run”, because it will! One little mistake every day will add up to a LOT of calories!
As for making your thighs smaller, what works for me is CUTTING OUT FAT and not over-working-out. making your thighs too toned will result in the loss of the precious gap. If you don’t have a gap yet, work for it! Check every morning in the mirror, and let this be the motivation for the day. What I’ve found is that skinny girls with a lot of muscle have almost no gap, while skinny girls with less muscle have awesome gaps! And since you said you don’t have time to work out, this could work for you!
When you feel down, a good thing that works for me is to look at before and after pics on the internet. They are so inspirational! Good luck, babe! I know you can do it

My muscles look really bulky right now even though my weight is still the same. Any tips on how to stay toned but not too muscular? I feel like I look gross.
LO you can do Yoga for tone your muscles with out make them bigger. I do yoga Ballet and pilates and works really well -wash out your diet always….this work out is really just for tone the muscles… Good luck
Walking is an excellent calorie burner. It’s easy, if you would walk for an hour every day (like home from school), you’d lose 200 kcal (depends on your weight)extra every day. When it ads up, it can help a lot! Also, try stretching, dancing, skipping, any cardio – anything that isn’t hard to do, but gets you tired when done for a while.

I like my ass. I like my boobs, I fucking love my thighs, and the fact that I am soft. People tell me very often that I am a very pretty girl, and I’ve asked them If I’m fat. You know what they said? I doesn’t matter what’s on the outside. It doesn’t matter if your fat or skinny. If you love yourself for who you are your beauty shines through. You don’t need to see your bones to be pretty.
